email notifications, for today (March 16) they had January 26!!

System working fine for years. then noticed one day that the library was empty (should have the basic 7 days free). when i looked at my email notifications, for today (March 16) they had January 26!! so it makes sense that the system would not keep my videos in the library if it thinks they are 2 months old.

So i unpluged the base overnight! plugged it all back in and rebooted everything, yet still no change! the system date in my emails are 2 months old. Now if I go live on a camera and snap a picture, they go to library and show the correct date and time.

I have already checked the time zone and set and reset that as well. sitting on tech suppot hold for over an hour is not the way to go. anyone have any ideas of where the email system is picking up the date??

Are you still experiencing this issue? If you produce a manual recording, does it arrive in the library under the correct day?
