    <description>&lt;P&gt;Still not working this morning.&amp;nbsp; The suggestions to reset the base station is not very inviting to me.&amp;nbsp; First, simply because customer support has acknowledged there is a problem, as stated earlier.&amp;nbsp; That tells me it is not the fault of anything on my end.&amp;nbsp; It is also a testiment, in my opinion, that technical support is sorely lacking.&amp;nbsp; I have to assume they know their products.&amp;nbsp; During the hours of contact yesterday with tech support, reset was never mentioned by them as an option, once.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Second, I live in Michigan.&amp;nbsp; Still snow on the ground.&amp;nbsp; Still cold.&amp;nbsp; All seven of my cameras are mounted on trees, out of reach of the bad guys and of me.&amp;nbsp; A ladder is required.&amp;nbsp; I do not relish having to take them down and resync each of them one by one just on the off chance that this will fix something I believe I have no power to fix.&amp;nbsp; I have owned and built upon this system now for 11 months.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, I have had to deal with tech support a few times and never has it been pleasant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Posts on this subject keep multiplying as more and more affectted owners are reaching out for a solution.&amp;nbsp; Yet we are told to try and fix something that appears totally out of our control.&amp;nbsp; But, if Arlo would simply put out a message that there is a known issue and they are addressing it, folks would not be put through all the trials and tests that for most, will remedy nothing.&amp;nbsp; Personally, I was not thrilled at having to power-cycle all my equipment here.&amp;nbsp; Router, access points, base station, even pulling a battery from one of the cameras.&amp;nbsp; All for naught.&amp;nbsp; Reset, at this point, is out of the question unless that turns out to be a requirement after Arlo fixes the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Until the last tech I spoke with volunteered that an issue existed, I was reasonably sure my base station had failed.&amp;nbsp; I say this because I have two base stations both running on the same network.&amp;nbsp; Five cameras on one, two on the other.&amp;nbsp; The base station with the two cameras is still working and I can view the camera's output.&amp;nbsp; Yet, notifications from the two has stopped working.&amp;nbsp; Maybe&amp;nbsp; a symptom of a looming failure of that base station.&amp;nbsp; But, it is just one more twist to this issue.&amp;nbsp; I told that to the support specialist and that made no difference to the tech.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also find that the MyArlo web site is no longer compatible with Firefox.&amp;nbsp; This could be because Arlo has not caught up to the latest update Firefox has released but I use that browser 90% of the time.&amp;nbsp; Safari does bring up my seven cameras but I immediately noted that the five cameras attached to the ill base station do not show the upper left icons of battery, wireless, motion, etc.&amp;nbsp; And, if I select Mode, the ill base station is constantly searching for "Status" which it never finds.&amp;nbsp; It only takes a minute or less for the cameras attached to this base station to go black and indicate "Your base station is offline."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, I wait.&amp;nbsp; There is nothing I can do to improve the situation and I really do not want to contact support again unless it is absolutely necessary.&amp;nbsp; As mentioned, support is not what it should be and my past experience with them tells me to avoid contact whenever possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;jguerdat: I've logged out of the Arlo app, deleted it, rebooted the iPhone, and then reinstalled the app and logged in again but am still unable to view the cameras. Are there other suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note that if I log into my account from the web login (&lt;A href="https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login" target="_blank"&gt;https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login&lt;/A&gt;) the cameras work for a short period of time and I can view a live feed but it still reports the base station as offline so something is still not working correctly on the Netgear side. Do you have any informatoin or updates?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It may be an iOS issue and I don't have any of those to test.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not sure why things are being reported as offline - I'm not experiencing any such problem. You can try power cycling the base just to eliminate that but if that doesn't work we'll just have to wait while whatever gets fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The number they publish there is:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;(408)-638-3750. Is this the number you called? Support is probably swamped right now with calls and chats.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try turning off your phone for a minute or so then turn it back on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;From this reply, I can't see what type of phone you are using - I think you said it was an iPhone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are you trying to see the system in the app or through a browser on the phone?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Brian&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Having same issue today.... I have IPhone 7 Plus and it’s showing everything including base station as offline. I spent over an hour on two separate calls today with their lovely support in India.... I rebooted my modem and base station myself. With no luck. They made me check the version of IOS and the arlo app which was the latest then told me to delete and reinstall. Then Logged in from computer and tried two separate browsers and cleared cache. Still no luck. At one point they even asked for my password. Definitely wasn’t doing that.... they wouldn’t provide any information to me but told me they would get back to me in 24-48 hours with more information. Pretty disappointed in the amount of time wasted today.</description>

It appears that some iphones are reporting falsely. I am not sure if there are certain areas that aren't working yet, but my iPhone 6 is working fine in North Carolina.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let's start with the browsers you tried. This morning I went into Google Chrome and deleted my entire browsing history which included cookies. That worked for me. Since I don't normally use Microsoft Edge or Firefox, I opened them and of course I had no browsing history to delete,so they worked fine, but I had to install Flash to see Live View..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you willing to try to delete your entire browsing history?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brian&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have all 3 lights showing and I never use my browser so I didn’t have any history. I cleared the history on IE and Firefox and was able to see camera for brief moment then they all went back to being offline. I always use my phone and like the notifications if someone is on my property I can easily check it. I just want my phone to work with the application..</description>
