Rechargeables not charging stating replace

Had out unit for 3 months . This is the first time we are having to charge the battery. System states replace and will not recharge.? Is thus typical to have to replace every 3 months at $50. A battery?

No... you should get much more recharge cycles than that . It should run a year or so depending on how many charge cycles it's rated for.

Pull the battery pack out , then go to setting of camera anf toggle OFF ( shouldn't make any diff, but worth a try )

Put in battery and plug in charger... you should see the led flash blue for a second.... check into the settings again and it should show the battery as charging.

Usus takes about 3 hr for full charge, may not charge to 100% unless the camera is toggled off.
