Arlo Pro camera not working

bought 4 cameras with the Netgear base Arlo Pro last July - they worked fine for a little while but the batteries do not last as long as they should & finally one camera stopped working completely - paid almost $500 for the set which is too much for something to not work when needed after paying that much. After the one camera stopped working & batteries died out in the other 3 - we haven't used it but want to start using them again. I don't know if we bought a warranty with them or not will check momentarily but felt that the company needed to be made aware of this - your product is too expensive for one camera in the set to not work not long after getting. If it is still under warranty which it should be it's not July yet we will either be getting another camera FREE or will be getting our money back.There are other camera sets out there that are cheaper but since we've got the Arlo we might as well use what we have instead of spending more money on something else which may or may not work better

Check your documentation. The system comes with a 1 year warranty. Utilize it by opening a case with support here.

thanks, I need to find out about getting one camera because of the one not working we purchased a set with 4 cameras for around $500 last July
