My picture is somewhat blurry on my camera. What causes this?

That picture is a whole lot worse that somewhat blurry. It is extremely blurry. If the front of your camera is not dirty, or humidity has not built up on the lens, I would say the camera looks to be defective.

I would contact Customer support at the green banner below.

Has the camera fallen off the mount or anything? I'm thinking a lens issue

Is this camera new? Has the plastic packaging film been removed from the face of the camera?
