Arlo Pro clock

When I view an Arlos Pro recording of an event in a different timezone from the event (base station), does the time shown of the recording reflect,

the time of the action as per base station.
the time as per my computer clock
the time as per time zone I am viewing the recording from?

As I recall, it uses the camera's local time - the one set up in Settings, My Devices, your base, Time Zone. Perhaps someone with recent experience can verify this.
