      <title>Arlo Pro Base Station Disconnected</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Base station is disconnected. Already browsed community and perform everything recommended except the hard reset which is not practicable since I would have to hire someone to get down the cameras or get a large ladder to get them myself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the lights are green, no network problems or changes to account for the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to contact support, and it was not possible, the link bring me to the community page over and over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very disappointed, help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
