Arlo Pro camera names not syncing

I have several camera that I had to set up and grant access to my wife's email account. However, if I change the name of a camera (from the master account) the name change does not get updated on her iPhone. Any clues? Shoudl the names sync to all attached devices (users) or are they local to the user?

No. Apparently the names don't change by design. They are local to the user. Not sure if she can change them in her app or if you have to untick the box for her to see them and then tick the box again

Thanks... Not a very good design. I love these cameras but some of the software limitations are frustrating....

Some call it a limitation, others may call it good design. You pays your money and you takes your choice. 🙂
