I am writing about the same camera I have offline issue a month ago. It is documented in case number 29487944. Currently it ask to install firmware upgrade, but I have tried repeatedly and the firmware upgrade failed. So the camera has been offline for couple weeks. What should I do? Is this camera defective since it has so many issue? Thanks!

William

What have you tried, in detail? Sometimes power cycling the base and reinserting the battery is all that's needed. Other times, removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and resyncing works. As a final attempt, removing all devices from Settings, My Devices and starting fresh is needed. If all that fails, then I'd suspect a bad camera.
