My alarm when armed sounds from monater not cameras is these just a panic button and not tripped by cameras motion sensor,mine just stays on when activated

Unless you manually start the alarm from the app/web... the alarm should be set from motion only ( if turned on for that camera )

To turn off, you can press the botton on base top

Turning alarm on by app is the only way I know how to tern alarm on.will pushing monater button tern the sound to cameras,or is my unit defective????

If you want the cameras to activate the siren in the base station, you will need to edit your rules to include that.

If you are asking if the cameras output a siren sound then the answer is no
