Arlo Pro - is it possible to lower siren volume?

I have several questions. Can the Arlo Pro 100db siren volume be lowered and the duration be changed? I read that the volume cannot be changed but then I also read elsewhere that I can through mode settings. As of now, I think the thought of that alarm going off by false alarms isn't worth the anxiety and would just rather put it on manual.

Yes, you can lower the volume and duration ( per camera is adjustable )

this is in the mode which you must edit to change

So is it correct that I can only adjust to three settings (loud, very loud, extremely loud)? Any idea how loud the lowest settings is?
