Hey All,

New ARLO member. Just picked up a 2-set of Arlo Pro Cameras yesterday. I connected a USB thumb drive (64GB, 3.0) to the base station. Formatted everything and it says "READY". When I remove the thumb drive and insert in computer the video files are yellow- cant see video- but can hear audio. Anyone run into this problem? Thanks!

Couple of things. Make sure you eject the drive from the base using the Eject button in the base settings. This will prevent file system damage. If needed, do a file system scan when connected to your computer. Also, I suspect you may be on a Mac but in any event the use of the free VLC software is recommended, especially on a Mac.

The VLC software seemed to fix the issue. I can see video now. Thanks!
