I got Arlo pros for Christmas and one by my grage has weak singles and I can’t move the base because the others are good and I don’t want to buy another camera but I do have an WiFi extender

The camera needs to talk to the base and if you don't want to move the base closer to the garage then a wifi extender will not help you.

You could look into getting a second base and install that one on a network point closer to the garage connecting that camera to the second base.

If the wifi extender is close enought to the camera purchasing a second base station and connecting it to the extender would be a good solution. Then remove the camera from the old base unit and re-sync it to the new one. That is what I did.

Depend on how weak it is.. I have one cam that's getting 2-bar signal all the time from the Base and its been working fine. It boils down to how good is your router/extender/ISP thru-put also not just your Base..
