The Internet LED will blink when there's network traffic. What you observed is proper operation. If all 3 LEDs are green, the base is working and it's something about the app or browser display that has an issue.

Got the camera yesterday. Setup last night without any issues. Today come home to find it says “camera offline”. Check the base station and it is a solid green light for internet for maybe 15 seconds and then flashes 5-10 times. I’ve restarted everything. Router is fine and all other devices are connected. The camera also would not sync unless plugged in and was charging. Not a great start. I cannot get it to connect to internet now. Suggestions? Thank you

There have been a lot of internet problems this week because of the storm. I came home and my internet was down for about 30 minutes. Smartthings had a global shutdown a couple of days ago and some people are complaining about outages today.

Try unplugging your base station for a couple of minutes and see if it resyncs when it powers up.

Brian
