    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had Arlo pro and 2 cameras.&amp;nbsp; I just bought 4 more.&amp;nbsp; I can sync the cameras to the exsisiting base but my pc and phone are unable to find the base... I factory resest 3 times, no change in the situation.&amp;nbsp; This is frustrating. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you actually reset rather than just power cycling, you need to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh. If you just power cycled, some folks have been affected by a Netgear problem that removed the base from their accounts. In that case, you still need to start fresh but press the reset button until the LEDs flash Amber and then start fresh.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You must add the base station to your app/PC before you sync the cameras to the base&lt;/P&gt;</description>
