      <title>Arlo stuck getting status</title>

      <description>On occasion when I attempt to power in cameras, I get the 'getting status' message and am unable to power then on. Have restarted the app, no help. Any suggestions, or should I just reboot arlo?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure by what you mean by "power on" the cameras. Just see them in the app or manipulate them, such as using the On/Off switch in Settings?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I cycle my cameras ever nite. There fore I turn them on @ nite, turn off in morning. I don't need to run them 24/7. And stop is still obtaining status as I write this. When 'getting status', u r unable to turn cameras on or off.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Rather than manually turning cameras on and off, try using modes to control their functionality. Also, move your base station a few feet further away from your wifi router if you can&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I moved Arlo away from router. Also unable to get into modes. When I hit the settings button on any 1 of 3 cameras, I just see&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;the name of camera, battery life, network reading " linked to base station ", and in bold black, remove device. I manually turn cameras on each nite and manually turn them off next morning. Just how would I use modes as you suggest to do as you suggest? Oh, and&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have the Arlo Pro 2 system. My mistake&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Creating your own custom modes is always a Good Thing to do but won't help with the "Getting Status" issue.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried both the app and a browser to see if one works?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
