Does your roommate's phone have an apostrophe in the name of the phone? eg. Jack's iPhone

If so, that won't work and they will need to change it to Jacks iPhone for it to work

No I have her name as Ivy. And it still won’t work. It says she is in zone but when I leave the house and she is home it arms my house with her in it

For Geofencing to work, the app needs to be running on all enabled devices. Is she logged into the app on her devices?

Yes She has the app on always. I can use Geofencing without having my app open. And it works for me
