    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an iPhone 7 with whatever the latest IOS system is - I was finally able to reach Netgear by phone, tho the language barrier proved more frustrating than helpful. It was finally determined that since the cameras were on an Optimum network and I have FIOS at home they would be incompatible. Whether this is accurate or not is moot; I disassembled the entire system, apologized to the homeowner profusely and cursed Netgear all the way home with 2 cameras, the base station and all wiring in the back of my car, to be returned to Best Buy in the morning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The # of hours I spent (wasted) trying to get these set up (3 yesterday, 3 today) just didn't justify any more annoyance, and I can tell you, I WAS annoyed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Netgear/Arlo needs to go a long way to improve customer satisfaction. So far they fail miserably.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I cannot get these cameras to sync to my iPhone. The base unit is located some 9 miles from me, at my old house (trying to find my lost cat). Is there a # to cal Net Gear for technical assistance? I am very frustrated</description>
