Poor Recorded Video Quality

I have to express my disappointment about poor video quality of arlo pro. I cannot believe that the size of 8 second video is only 1M. It is very to be uploaded to cloud storage, but video quality is very poor.
I doubt that manufacturer design the product it by purpose to compress video size in order to reduce workload of their server.

My Arlo Pro's actually do a Great job recording.

- what is your Wifi signal strength?

- have you tried adjusting the video quality? (best video, optimized, best battery life)

I would also bring the camera and set it next to your base station and test a triggered event, does it improve?

My wifi upload speed: 3M/second. I already set video as "best quality".

I purchased the arol pro 2 in bestbuy, and returned it already.

How to explain the size of a 8 second vedio is only IM.
