Not Recording Video

Everything has been workign great since we installed the cameras last week. We have 4 cameras. Now today it is not recording or storing any video. Thoughts or assistance would be appreciated. I can get live view but the cameras have stopped recording. We have not changed any settings and they had been working great since we installed them last Saturday.

Have you created any rules or schedules that might have disarmed the system?

Have you checked that the system is actually armed, and that motion is being detected?

These are my first simple questions.

I have checked that is is armed and I have not set a schdule or altered one in anyway. That is why I am at a loss.

You might try rebooting the base unit by using the power button on the back of it.
