Arlo Pro missing full day of recording

A couple of times my Arlo Pro cameras (2) will not record any activity at all even though someone is in the house. Why does that happen AND. how easy it for someone to delete recordings or turn camera off that is not on my account?

Well, the first thing to check is make sure the cameras were armed properly...if not armed, there will be no recordings.

Are you running a schedule or any thing like a custom mode?

Second, they would need you email and password to delete videos ( unless you have granted them access with admin rights )... If in any doubt , ALWAYS Change your password to a new one

The cameras were armed and turned on when we left the house and still armed and charged when we came home. We have multiple people who live in the house and know for a fact that some were home and should have been recorded. It didn't even record us before we left the house. It is not set on any set schedule other than armed and record with motion or sound.

I will change the password in the meantime.

Or someone is turning off the base.
