    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had that a few times with my Arlo HD cameras developing the pink image issue. Had to pack up the entire kit and exchange it at the store for another entire kit. It was a pain but I still did it. If you do it, remove the cameras and base from your account and do a factory reset of the base with holding the reset button in with a paper clip etc until the green power LED turns amber&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of the Camera's in my four camera system stopped working. Since the camera was purchased as part of a 4 pack, Best Buy requires that I&amp;nbsp;exchange the whole system. I spoke with support regarding the defective camera and they offered an RMA but required I ship the defective camera back at my expense (which is ridiculous)! Has anyone had this problem before? How did you handle it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;excactly as it was mentioned....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;either return the full package from place of sale OR warranty from Netgear for the bad camera.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;( and you pay shipping back to Netgear , btw )&lt;/P&gt;</description>
