    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hardware issues happen. &amp;nbsp;You can try to reset by removing the camera from Settings, My Devices, open and close the battery door and resync. &amp;nbsp;If that doesn't help, you can swap the system at the store for another or open a case:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Arlo Pro Audio issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of my Arlo Pro's has clear audio... the other one does not.&amp;nbsp; The volume selector, in the live window pane, is&amp;nbsp;active. &amp;nbsp;I have searched thru mode, turned on and off the audio, and on and off the camera.&amp;nbsp; I have even removed, and reinstalled the battery.&amp;nbsp; My one camera just has no audio.&amp;nbsp; I don't know what else to do.&amp;nbsp; Am I to undersand there is to be a percentaget slid below the microphone selector??&amp;nbsp; I have a toggle switch (for on and off) for the microphone, and speaker,&amp;nbsp;for both Arlo pro cameras, but underneath there is only a percentage slide for Speaker volume only.&amp;nbsp; Please help.&amp;nbsp; These puppies were not cheap and am not happy!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These cameras are too new to be experiencing issues already!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
