      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just bought 6 cameras/systems for my business, and installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;A camera went off line, tried resyncing and removing and reinserting battery. Can seem to get it go back online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;Another camera, has battery level around 50% , I charge it for hours and still remains around 50% &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1) go to settings...for that camera and use REMOVE DEVICE...&amp;nbsp; open battery door&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Power button reboot the base, let it come back on line&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Close battery door,&amp;nbsp; Re sync the camera as if new&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) open battery door and pull battery , test swap a battery from unit #1 to see if it is battery or camera ( btw must use the original adapter when charging )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If battery is bad in other camera then it may be defective, contact Netgear.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
