      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in Viking Alberta Canada.My arlo pro will not work when it is -16 or colder.is there some thing wrong with my cameras or is this the way they work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I read that the arlo will work up to -40 i guess that not true.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two arlo pro cameras and a base station&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when its not cold outside these arlo work great&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks mark&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The -40C is for the original wireless cameras.&amp;nbsp; The Pros are stated to work down to -4F/-20C which has been empirically shown to be true.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Think you going to be out of luck....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Specs say bottom temp is -4 ( not -40 )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My tests ( in the freezer ) show that the camera does in fact shut down at aprox -4F +/-.... it will say it must warm up to function.&amp;nbsp; Temp rises, cam works again&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;BTW, the original arlo cams that used 4 - 123 cells I've tested to -15 and they stil functioned .&amp;nbsp; Issue here is at about -20F the battery chemistry starts to fall off and the voltage will sag&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some of the confusion is due to C vs. F. Please be sure to specify the proper system when reporting temps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;-4° to 113° F (-20° C to 45° C)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PS some cam respond exactly but most are+/- a couple of degrees before shut down&lt;/P&gt;</description>
