topic iOS app doesn’t always request fingerprint in Arlo Pro

Why does my iOS app sometimes request fingerprint and other times request a password. It is setup to request a fingerprint. I can open the app and it will request a password then close the app and reopen it. It will then request a fingerprint. I’ve had Arlo for about 2 years and this is not a new behavior. I just recently upgraded to Arlo Pro. App still of course behaves the same. This is the only fingerprint app I have that has this behavior. This happens on both my iPhone and iPad. App is up to date and has been updated many times with no change in this behavior.

Thanks

Not helpful for your problem but why do you use any kind of login for your app on your phone? Do you not have to use a fingerprint to unlock your phone?

That would be fine but I don’t see the option to bypass login. Do you know where that settings is?

Never mind I think I figured out how to bypass it. Just turn off fingerprint. We will see if that works.
