Just installed today. I can hear people standing at the door loud and clear on my iPhone 8. However the person standing directly under the camera can barely hear me. My volume is at 100%. The camera had me update firmware as soon as it was connected. Any suggestions? It is completely useless to communicate. I ha e to yell so loud people can hear me through the wall more than the camera!

Be sure both your iOS devices microphone volume and the cameras speaker volume is turned up. The camera speaker volume can be found under Settings > My Devices > select the camera > Audio Settings > Speaker Volume.

Same issue here, it was the deciding factor when purchased, but no one can really hear me. I wonder if we can attach an external speaker to it.
