Want to replace arlo pro magnetic mount with outdoor security mount

I purchased Arlo Pro wireless cameras intending for outdoor use. I found that the magnetic mounts came with the cameras just do not make sense for outdoor because anyone can easily pull the camera away from the magnetic mount. And each camera costs more than $100.

I called customer service trying to exchange the magnetic mounts for the screw-on outdoor mounts. Customer service refused to replace the mounts. It is supposed to be security camera but it is designed to equip with unsecure mounts. Does it even make sense? Worst of all, the company does not care.

I am returning all of the 6 cameras just purchased and I would not recommend this product to anyone.

BTW, any camera mount with a standard screw fits the treaded hole on the camera...

there are many out there.

Is it too much to ask for a more secure mount for a security carema with a not so shabby price tag?
