Hi,

I recently purchased the AVM4000C from Costco (3 camera Arlo Pro system). When setting up the cameras, I see that one of the cameras has an unfocused image, while the other two are just fine. To test this, I placed two cameras side by side on a table and aimed them at the entertainment unit in the living room (about 15 feet away). One of the images is quite clear (I can see the hands on the wall clock) and the other image is completely unfocused (I can barely make out that it is a clock). Looking at the two images, I see the image from the "good" camera seems to be closer than the image fro the unfocused camera.. What's going on ? Any clues ?

Thanks

Make sure that you have removed the protective plastic film from the front of the camera. Other than that, it may be a defective camera & you should contact customer support
