Arlo Pro,

Motion-detected videos can be seen with the library function in the app of the smartphone. Also within the e-mail account. How long and where are they stored physically?

They're all stored on Amazon AWS servers and are available for as long as the plan you're using allows (7 days for the free plan). The Pro base can use a USB drive for local storage, too, which lasts as long as you have room on it.
