Arlo Pro Cant pull up past dates in Library to view past history

Im in the Library mode and cannot click on a date to review activity. A green dot is on November 22 and I can get todays activity but thats all.

Assuming you have the free 7 day plan, recordings beyond that point are no longer accessible. That's why videos on the 22nd are seen but not from days previous to that.

Im aware of that. It will pull up todays date and the 22. Tried clicking on yesterday and the day before that but it doesnt budge.

If there were no recordings or you've deleted them for those days, the dot for the day won't appear. It's empty and not selectable. If there's supposed to be videos there, that's a different issue.

There is ALWAYS recording every day. Either pets outside getting on camera or kids running in and out front door.

That'ssomething a user forum can't fix. You'll need to open a case with support.
