1 out 4 cameras will not sync Arlo base

1 out 4 cameras will not sync Arlo base, others did. Camera only flashes amber light. This setup did not come with a Arlo Pro base. Help

Poor you, can you share me the serial number of your defect unit, I think we got the same issue.

The serial number doesn't matter and probably shouldn't be shared. It's potentially private info.

Make sure you're pressing the base's sync button briefly and not holding it down. Make sure the battery is good - swap between cameras. It may be a bad camera which could lead you to swap the system (or camera, if purchased separately) at the store for another.
