Camera doesn't work, no lights come on

I have a brand new camera but when I insert the batteries in no lights come on, I have tried the batteries in the other camera and it works so I know its not the batteries

Contact Support through the link at the bottom of the page or go back to your retailer for an exchange. Being brand new, I'd recommend returning it and getting an Arlo Pro camera. The rechargeable battery pack and much better and faster motion sensing and recording plus built in mic and speaker are well worth the price premium
