      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded our Arlo account to a Premier account and never received the receipt for the upgrade. The total cost was $105.53 and was purchased on 9/21/2017. I have checked the dedicated email for this service and all corresponding folders without success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
