Can you expand on your problem a little ......

On the app, does the "running" man on the app turn amber when the motion is detected. ?

Are you using your Phone app or a computer for troubleshooting? try checking multiple devices, if you go into camera settings > Motion detection test, do you see the LED on the camera face Blink?

How often do u replace the batteries? I've only recharged them. I've never replaced them

Short of faulty batteries, they're way too new to need replacement yet.

It records. The Amber running came on. I just don't get an indication on my phone of movement

Go to MODE > ARMED > find the camera your having trouble with ."click edit" on the right, scroll down to the bottom, is PUSH NOTIFICATIONS checked?

OK, so from what I am understanding, the problem is, your not getting the text message on your phone when there is a motion triggers event ?

Couple of things you can try:

Retart your system, then test......

if that does not work.:

On your phone.. PHONE SETTINGS, APPS, ARLO. Once there, CLEAR CACHE first, then FORCE STOP the app and then restart from your phones screen
