arlo pro app shows base offline

It seems that the base station goes offline frequently when using the app on android, restart app it works for a while then quits again, any suggestions?

This is a new system as of yesterday, base station power, internet, and camera lights are all green on the base, also internet ligh flashes like its receiving data

re install the app on you phone...

the flashing led for interent is normal ( data in/out)

already have re installed app, I loose connection while on my samsung galaxy 5 wif and data, restart the app and it will work for a little while, then i loose internet connection . any other sugestions ?

If the internet LED stays green on the base station, the base isn't dropping offline, it sounds like this is a display issue with the mobile app.

Do you notice this behavior with other devices or does this only occur on your Galaxy S5?
