Not working with Echo Show

I have the Echo Show (I got it some time ago) and added the Arlo skill. I had 4 cameras and they all worked with the Echo Show. I recently added a 5th camera, named it, and it is not working with the Echo Show. Any advice? Thanks.

You may need to tell Amazon to “discover new devices”.

When you say tell Amazon "discover new devices" what do you mean? How do i "TELL" Amazon? Thanks.

Say to the echo show “Alexa, (or amazon or echo...whatever your wake word is) discover my devices”.

I use “Alexa” as my wake word for the echo to listen to my command or question. Anytime you add a new smart home device (lightbulbs, outlets, thermostats, etc) you’ll want to tell Alexa to discover new devices after installing them.

Awesome. Glad I could help! Just remember that command anytime you add new smart devices in the future if the echo is not working with it or having some issues.
