topic Arlo Pro Audio issue in Arlo Pro

I can speak through the microphone and the recipient can hear me, then I lose all sound and can't hear responses or background noise. If I don't use the microphone, then the sound works great (I can hear street noises, the neighbors, etc). and if I close the feed and reopen it I can hear again.
I have updated my app, as well as logged out and back into the account. It works fine on my husbands Droid, so I'm wondering if this is an Iphone issue. It's happening with both of our pro cameras

Any ideas how to fix this?

Are you keeping the push to talk icon held down? Only hold the icon to transmit audio, release the icon when you are finished transmitting to allow audio to resume.
