Modes and Schedules

I could use some help with modes/rules/schedules. I have 4 cameras. I want three of the four running 24/7 on motion detection. I want the fourth camera set up for motion detection but I do not want it to record when my or my wife's phones are in the vicinity except I do want it to record from 11pm to 7am. Any help would be appreciated.

That's what custom modes and geofencing are for. Read the FAQs here for how to create a custom mode as well as how to use GF. Basically, use the Mode tab, select your base and create a new mode. Only create rules for 3 cameras. Set the Schedule to use your new mode from 7AM to 11PM. Set the Armed mode to be used from 12:00AM to 6:59AM and again from 11:01PM to 11:59PM. Then use GF (you have to use the app for this part) and set the schedule for use at Home and the new mode for Away.

I think I got that right. If not, modify as you need.
