4 Videos Every Time

Every time a camera is triggered to record, after the first 30 second video it records 3 more 30 second videos. With this my cameras batteries will drain 75% faster.

I would do a reset on the base and then resync the cameras back as new

I've had the problem when recording at night and a reset of everything did nothing (it might for any particular system). I had both cameras RMAed for a different case and the new cameras do not slip on the magnetic mounts nor do they record multiple times. Open a case and start the process for a possible RMA. While it may not help, feel free to reference my case #27613347.

Watching it more closely, it only seems to do this in night vision mode.

I can confirm it has happened to me. Also can replicate the issue by hitting the live button while armed via android with latest updates.

This happens to me at night, I wonder if it has to do with the infrared filter at night time.

Last night it was so bad that it recorded from 7PM all the way to 3PM and practically drained the battery. I've opened up a ticket and hope to get a resolution or replacement.

OK now I have noticed it's not EVERY time. There are cats that come to my front door every night about 3 times a night spaced out about an hour apart, they set the camera off and it does not record 4 times. When I leave for work around 6:10am it always records 4 times. I changed the recording time to 15 sec to save battery.
