    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can now see some of the library, but unable to view any videos for yesterday or the last 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this issue still being looked at ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Database service is currently down...</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are now received a "database is down" messgae from all apps when we try to do anything with the cameras.&amp;nbsp; We were having notification and other issues and the support staff asked us to remove and re-sync.&amp;nbsp; We can't remove because of this messgae, and now the cameras appear as offline.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Has been going on since around 10:30am EST and have restarted everything, tested internet connection which is both fast and flawless.&amp;nbsp; So now I am down 2 cams in adition to the initial problem.&amp;nbsp; When will this be fixed?&amp;nbsp; This is now the 3rd different time we have been seriously affected by "down" services with Arlo.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was down for us too. &amp;nbsp;When we logged in to view library, we saw the same message. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're now able to view some newer recordings for the past ten minutes or so [Oct 25 - 2:17am Pacific Time], &lt;STRONG&gt;but&lt;/STRONG&gt; recordings from Oct 1-Oct 24 have not been restored yet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;It's the crummy slow servers that they have all these cameras operating from. There never is any "real unbiased" replies to the crummy cameras and Netgear/Arlo equipment. Always remember, as long as you're using this companies product, you're going to have issues constantly.
