Hello seems my wifi may be hacked through maybe my base station ....Also when I look at I live in a condo the different Wi-Fi’s I can see one listed but it’s locked and I can’t get into it and I know no one else beside me has one of my types of cameras...My phone is running really slow Apple iPhone 7 and turn off the main screen lots of times per day

Can you describe why you think your wifi has been hacked? Is it because your iPhone is running slow and playing up?

Yes my Apple iPhone 7 is acting terribly slow where are used to take less than half a second it actually stops for 10/12 seconds on the screen while it looks for whatever I’m trying to check out ......And I tried downloading the genie and I also I’ve been on the App Store looking for apps and I bought for five to try to find it or clean this virus and no luck

This sounds like an issue with your mobile device, not related to Arlo.
