I bought my Arlo Pro security cameras from Costco and installed a week ago and have the basic 1 week free cloud recording service. Almost exactly one week after installing the system the recordings to the cloud stopped and my notifications stopped without me making any changes. Decided to double check everything and found no problems. Decided to delete several days of cloud videos and the cloud recording and notifications are working this morning.

Question - does the cloud recordings suspose to overwrite the stored recordings or do I have to delete prior to the week ending?

Also is there a telephone number for live support?

The BASIC level service gives you 1 week of rolling storage;

On day 8, day 1s recording are auto deleted...day 9 then day 2 is gone, etc... you need to do nothing.

Why yours stopped on that day may and sound like a fluke, if you have another similar issue and have checked all, then turn off the base and turn it back on ( power switch )

** don't forget, when the cams are armed, in Live View the running man will be black over each cam**
