    <description>Our Arlo VMB4000 base station won't turn on although the plug is connected to the socket &amp;amp; it is connected to the internet. All three lights are not on. We already charged the cameras but the base station won't turn on. Tried resetting but there's no light on the base station. Help!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the issue remains after using a different outlet, swap at the store.&amp;nbsp; Sounds like a bad power supply or base.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hate to say it, but also check that you're using the switch on the base properly, too.&amp;nbsp; Ya never know...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
