arlo pro does not sense motion

Hi my name is Lars Alfredsson and I have promises with my Arlo pro. It does not feel motion when I put it on guard. I have tested motion settings both inside and out but the yellow lamp does not flash when I test the sensitivity. Grateful for answers.

Are you attemping to use it thru glass windows? Arlo and Arlo Pro don't work thru glass

Try removing and reinserting the camera batteries. Use the power switch to turn the base off and back on. If the problem still exists, reset the system by removing all devices in Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. Verify that you have the latest firmware by checking each device in Settings, My Devices, your cameras.base, Device Info and compare to what is posted here in the Firmware Release Notes section here.
