Arlo Pro Camera will not sync with base station

I charged my camera using the cable and saw a solid blue light.

Went in to the app and the camera still said bettery was low.

Removed camera from app and tried to sync again.

During sync camera flashed blue for about 2 min then flashed amber for about 5 sec then no light at all.

Base station kept blinking green for about a minute then went solid.

Still not synced.

Power cycle the base and see if that helps. If not, turn off the 2.4GHz wifi from your router temporarily and try sync the camera again
