Setting recording for specific timing only

Hi any idea if the recording can be set for specific timing only? If can how to go about doing it?

Do you mean you want recording at only specific times of the day? Or for a specific length of time?

If it's the former, you can run a Schedule. If the latter, you edit your recording mode rules to control the length of time the camera records for each time it detects motion

You can not just use schedule to make a camera record...you can only armed the camera to detect motion ( and the it will record )

No, it can only be set to detect motion and record
