For the most part, hadn't had the problem until this weeks updates on the camera and use live view. When I first set the system up I found my "auto off" TV was turning it off so I moved the base station further away. Arlo Pro is on 2.4 GHz which unfortunately are used by a number of routers, garage door openers, TV's and numerous household appliances. 2.4 has a better range than 5 GHz which is one of its benefits. Its possible you have a defective unit but its also possible something as simple as opening a garage door interferes. I would check for something local and if you can't make a correlation, contact Netgear and open a support ticket.
