Defective Arlo Pro camera Question

I just purchased the Arlo Pro - 4 camera system. One of the camera's doesnt seem to want to power on. I went and took out the battery and put it into another Arlo Pro camera. That camera powers on fine. When I put back the battery into the questionable camera, same result. Blue light isnt turning on. Its definitely not the battery. Defective camera?

Thoughts?

Or return the system to the store and swap for another.
