arlo pro issue syncing cameras

i have borrowed my brothers system, and when i deactivated his netgear base unit in his profile, i had not deactivated the cameras, and now i cant seem to use the two cameras that were on his network, what do i do? he had an extra camera that he had not installed and it seems to work however the other two cameras will not sync when i try to sync to the system, i feel like they are stuck in 'purgatory' on his network. i had even tried to deactivate the base unit, reconnect back onto his profile to see if the cameras were still active, but to no avail. any suggestions????

What happens when you try to add the base to your account? What do the base LEDs show?

Cameras are not lock to a base... they can sync to any other or the same.

Reset the cameras by opening the battery doors, reset the base via the reset button ( hold for about ten secs ) and start up all as new.
